Begin with a welcome infusion or house ferment, followed by a curated sequence of dishes celebrating the day’s harvest — vegetables picked that morning, house-aged ferments, and locally raised produce prepared with quiet precision.
After your meal, wander our gardens, pastures, and orchard — a gentle continuation of the table.
