The Seasonal Table — Late Summer Harvest

Step into the heart of the season with our Mi-Rin Seasonal Journey. Each menu is a reflection of nature’s rhythm, guided by the harvest from our farm and the quiet philosophy that food should nourish both body and spirit.

Begin your experience with a welcome infusion or house ferment, before settling into the dining room. From there, you will move through a curated sequence of dishes that celebrate the land — vegetables picked that morning, house-aged ferments, and locally raised produce prepared with quiet precision.

After your meal, continue your experience with a gentle walk through our grounds — an invitation to wander the gardens, pastures, and orchard, and to witness the ingredients that shape the table. The dining room overlooks our gardens and pastures, offering a tranquil view of where your meal begins. Every course is designed to honour the essence of the season, allowing time to slow and conversation to deepen.

This experience is offered once a month, with our next seating on Saturday, 18th April.
